Milwaukee Business Journal: Dallas-area firms propose $15M rehabilitation hospital in Greenfield

A private Dallas-based company that’s developing physical rehabilitation hospitals in multiple states proposed a $15 million facility in Greenfield.

Nobis Rehabilitation Partners LLC was founded in 2018 and is developing and operating inpatient rehab hospitals, according to its website. The company is targeting projects in 21 states, including Wisconsin, and would run the Greenfield location.

The proposal was submitted by another Dallas-area company, WB Development Partners LLC.

The Greenfield site would be a vacant 4-acre property at 3200 S. 103rd St., which is now used as an overflow-inventory parking lot for nearby Schlossmann Honda City, according to documents provided to the Greenfield Plan Commission. The plan commission is scheduled to consider on Tuesday a rezoning that would allow the project to proceed.
